Don’t let the title of Andy Coon’s insightful web series put you off. Despite any negative connotation that the word “freaks” might hold, the artists profiled in the All Aces Media production “Talent Freaks” are very much ordinary people. Sort of.
“All of the artists are unique,” said Coon, director and creator of the series. “But Mark Guilloud from season one, talking to him was so much fun because of his enthusiasm. He’s a veterinarian by day and then he goes out in his spare time and finds driftwood to craft into sculptures of animals. He didn’t go to art school, but he still finds time to be creative. And I think that’s always amazing.”
